Job description

Are you a seasoned logistics professional with an established network and the drive to run your own show? We are looking for high-performing Freight Agents who are ready to leverage their existing relationships into a high-earning, independent career.

This is a 100% commission-based role designed for "hunters" who understand the nuances of the Agent model and want a back-office partner that rewards growth with industry-leading splits.

The Opportunity: Tiered Commission Structure

We offer a transparent, tiered split based on your annual Gross Profit (GP). The more you move, the more you keep:

Annual Gross Profit / Agents Commission

  • Entry Tier / 60%
  • Mid Tier / 70%
  • High Tier / 80%
  • Elite Tier / 85%

Required Attributes

To be successful in this specific role, candidates must possess:

  • A Portable Book of Business: A current network of shippers or active leads willing to work with you.
  • Agent Model Expertise: Deep knowledge of how the Agent/Broker relationship functions, including managing and growing your accounts and employees.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Business Development: Proven track record of building and growing a book of business from the ground up.
  • Lead Generation: Expert-level prospecting skills; you know how to identify high-volume lanes and decision-makers.
  • B2B Cold Calling: You are comfortable with high-volume outbound calling to secure new shipping contracts.
  • Logistics Tenure: 2–3 years of experience in the logistics industry, specifically in brokering and dispatching (2 years minimum).

Responsibilities

  • Full Lifecycle Management: Generate, maintain, and scale your personal book of business.
  • Operational Execution: Book, cover, track, and trace every load your office wins.
  • Documentation: Submit and upload all required load documents (Rate Confirmations, BOL, and POD) accurately and timely.

What We Provide

We handle the back-office so you can focus on selling and moving freight. You will have full access to:

  • Premium Tools: TMS access, DAT, and Truckstop.
  • Infrastructure: Professional company email and administrative support for credit checks and carrier vetting.
  • Freedom: This is a 100% Remote position. Work from anywhere, on your own schedule.

Are you ready to maximize your earning potential? Apply today to discuss how our infrastructure can support your growth.
