Official Title: Senior Business Development Manager (Path to Branch Management) Reports To: VP of Operations Location: Remote (based in your region) About the Role Circle Logistics is expanding, and we're seeking experienced Cradle-to-Gate representatives who are ready to build a book of business and grow into Branch leadership. This is a full-cycle business development role โ€” you will cold call, sell our services, onboard the accounts you close, and manage/cover your own freight with carriers. You own the customer relationship end-to-end while benefiting from strong operational and administrative support.

You'll have autonomy, real earning potential, and a clear path to Branch Management for leaders who can grow, retain, and scale a profitable book.
