POSITION SUMMARY:

The Technical Project Management Manager leads the endtoend delivery of complex, crossfunctional initiatives that directly support business growth, innovation, and operational performance. This role drives execution from initiation through launch, ensuring projects remain aligned to strategic objectives while proactively managing stakeholders, risks, and dependencies. By participating in governance forums, the manager ensures projects are decisionready and progress stays on track. Beyond delivery, this role strengthens the organization by continuously improving project management tools, processes, and ways of working to enable faster, higherquality outcomes.

This will be a remote based position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management

  • Lead endtoend delivery of complex, crossfunctional, and technical projects from concept through launch and close, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, quality, and business objectives
  • Apply project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to drive disciplined planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to align on objectives, technical scope, execution approach, and success criteria
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans and schedules; track milestones, deliverables, and team commitments
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and critical path activities, with clear mitigation and contingency plans
  • Proactively escalate issues and risks to support timely resolution and protect business outcomes
  • Provide clear, concise project status reporting covering progress, risks, financials, and key decisions
  • Execute highimpact initiatives in alignment with portfolio priorities and strategic goals

Governance & Stakeholder Management

  • Participate in project and portfolio governance forums, ensuring work is decisionready with clear risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through strong communication, influence, and alignment across technical, functional, and leadership teams
  • Support financial management activities, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis, in partnership with Finance
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards, enterprise policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Process & Execution Excellence

  • Ensure consistent application of project management standards, tools, and ways of working across all assigned projects
  • Maintain high standards for data integrity, documentation, and deliverable quality within project and portfolio systems
  • Track and report against KPIs and portfolio metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, governance effectiveness, and crossfunctional collaboration
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that strengthen project rigor, scalability, and overall portfolio performance

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 5+ years of crossfunctional experience across areas such as R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, QA, Procurement, or Contract Manufacturing 
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading complex initiatives (e.g., new product development, life sciences, engineering, or capital projects)
  • Project Management certification or degree preferred
  • Travel: 10%

The approximate pay range for this position is $120,000- $150,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
