Location: Remote – Puerto Rico
Job Type: Full-Time | Contract

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support operational and strategic initiatives within the healthcare industry. This role will focus on managing projects related to healthcare operations, including the creation of new services, clinic acquisitions, business integrations, and administrative process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience within healthcare environments and a solid understanding of clinic administration and operational workflows. Experience leading process improvement initiatives is highly preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage operational healthcare projects from initiation through execution and completion.
  • Coordinate projects related to new service implementations, clinic acquisitions, and business operational integrations.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams, clinic administrators, and cross-functional departments to support project execution.
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between operational objectives and project outcomes.
  • Support the development and implementation of administrative procedures and operational workflows.
  • Facilitate meetings, document action items, and drive accountability across project teams.

General Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Experience managing projects within healthcare or clinical operations environments is required.
  • Experience supporting clinic administration processes and healthcare operational procedures is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience managing projects involving clinic acquisitions, operational expansions, or service implementations is preferred.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • PMP certification or similar project management certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work remotely for extended periods while using a computer and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to attend virtual meetings and maintain consistent communication throughout the workday.
  • May require occasional travel within Puerto Rico based on business or project needs.
