Document Reviewer
Overview: Right Discovery is looking for attorneys who are actively licensed and in good standing in any US jurisdiction, who desire an engaging work environment where you are valued and respected. We have a strong pipeline of remote projects and have an ongoing need for document review attorneys.
Job Summary: The Document Reviewer will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing documents for relevance, privilege, and other specific criteria as part of legal proceedings. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • JD required; must be admitted to practice and in good standing.
  • Must have an active bar license in any US jurisdiction.
  • Experience working with at least one online review tool (Relativity, Reveal, Everlaw, etc).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in document review and eDiscovery preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in eDiscovery software and tools.
  • Flexible schedule; ability to work late nights and weekends as needed.
  • Clear criminal background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with privilege logs and data breach reviews.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics.
  • Familiarity with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
Technology Requirements:
  • Windows 10 with latest updates applied or newer / MacOS X El Capitan or newer.
  • 4GB of RAM; 4 core CPU.
  • Antivirus installed and updated.
  • Physical laptop or desktop computer.
  • High-speed internet.
  • No VPN or Proxy connections.

Availability Requirements:
  • A minimum of 40 hours per week must be available during standard business hours.
  • No concurrent document review or other legal employment permitted while working with Right Discovery unless cleared with us.

  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to retain complex work directions
  • Tech-savvy
