What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Remote Tool Reviewer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote Tool Reviewer, you need excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of digital tools or software, and experience in writing clear, unbiased reviews. Familiarity with content management systems, usability testing platforms, and sometimes certifications in user experience or digital marketing are beneficial. Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are crucial soft skills. These abilities ensure accurate, trustworthy evaluations and clear feedback that help users and organizations make informed decisions about tools.

How does a Remote Tool Reviewer typically collaborate with product teams while working remotely?

As a Remote Tool Reviewer, collaboration with product teams is mostly achieved through virtual meetings, project management tools, and detailed feedback reports. You’ll often participate in video calls to discuss tool functionalities, user experiences, and potential improvements directly with developers and designers. Clear written communication and timely updates are essential, as your insights help shape the direction of tool updates and features. While you may work independently on testing and reviewing, regular interaction with the wider team ensures alignment on priorities and expectations.

Job description

BOOST LLC is a management consulting firm built specifically for government contractors. We provide comprehensive back-office support across accounting and finance, contracts and procurement, pricing, human resources, recruiting, and cybersecurity compliance. Our team brings deep GovCon expertise across all of these disciplines, partnering with clients at every stage of their growth.

About the role

BOOST LLC is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our team of contracts administrators dedicated to supporting Government Contractor (GovCon) clients. This is a 100% remote role.

In this role, you will provide contracts administration support to BOOST consultants across their portfolio of GovCon clients. This role demands someone who has impeccable time management and can juggle competing priorities. If you thrive in variety, enjoy learning while still accomplishing tasks, and want the breadth of exposure that comes with supporting multiple GovCon companies at once — this role is built for you.

Key responsibilities

Client services delivery

  • Under the supervision of a consultant, provide cradle to grave contract and subcontract administration for assigned clients and their government contracts portfolio, including competitive, sole source, and directed prime and subcontract awards.

  • Review client solicitations and prepare FAR and supplemental regulation compliance matrices and risk identification.

  • Review and redline NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontract agreements, contract modifications, and other agreements within delegated authority limits.

  • Create contract briefs or summaries for awarded contracts/subcontracts highlighting key contract data in either a CLM tool or manually.

  • Proactively identify and communicate potential non-compliance issues and other challenges before they escalate.

  • Coordinate agreements, subcontracts, and other contract and program support documents with leadership, accounting, legal, program management, and other key stakeholders.

  • Provide proactive support, management, and tracking of contractual documentation, action items, and critical data.

  • Manage and streamline daily work activities to ensure compliance with corporate, contract, and federal requirements.

What success looks like

  • Quality deliverables— agreements, modifications, and other documents are compliant, thorough, and well-supported.

  • Team contribution— consultants and client staff can rely on your timely and accurate completion of work.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

  • 3-4 years of on-point FAR based contracts or revenue generating subcontracts experience working for a government contractor or within a government contracting division.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and adaptable with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

  • Proficiency in MS 365 Suite, with advanced Excel skills.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred

  • GSA schedule administration.

What we Offer

  • Competitive salary: $70,000–$90,000 (commensurate with experience).

  • Comprehensive benefits package.

  • 100% remote position.

  • Exposure to a wide range of GovCon clients, contract types, and industry environments.

  • Professional development and growth opportunities within a scaling firm.

  • Collaborative, supportive team with deep GovCon expertise.
