• Provide individualized therapy strategies, including comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop effective treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals in multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care that addresses the multidimensional aspects of clients' well-being.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring a rigorous approach to client confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and staying current with emerging mental health research to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

The LPC will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our practice prioritizes accessibility, particularly for those in our community who may have limited access to mental health resources. The ability to understand and empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds is crucial in fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a strong background in therapeutic practices.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and teletherapy platforms to engage clients effectively and manage client records.
• Strong understanding of the legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice, ensuring responsible and compliant service delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that help establish rapport with a wide range of clients, promoting a supportive and inclusive therapeutic environment.

• Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team-oriented approach to patient care, contributing to shared goals for client outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 70,000 and 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload. In addition, you will have access to:
