Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized therapy strategies, including comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop effective treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals in multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care that addresses the multidimensional aspects of clients' well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring a rigorous approach to client confidentiality.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and staying current with emerging mental health research to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications
