  • Analyze actual versus forecasted project spend and identify financial variances and trends.
  • Produce recurring financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level project status updates.
  • Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and finance partners to ensure accurate project financial management.
  • Support project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring projects remain aligned with business goals and financial expectations.

  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial services or finance-driven project experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology, infrastructure, or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience using project portfolio management and reporting tools.

The strongest candidates will demonstrate:

  • Clear ownership of project financial work products and outcomes.
  • Examples of managing forecasts, analyzing variances, tracking project spend, and improving financial reporting processes.
