✔ 10–15 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Workday solutions

✔ Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Integrations and Workday Studio

✔ Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Workday Extend development experience

✔ Strong expertise in Workday Extend Model Level Components, PMD Scripting, Orchestrations, Workday Studio, EIB, and third-party integrations

✔ Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying Workday Extend applications

✔ Ability to build secure, scalable, and high-performing Workday Extend solutions based on business requirements

✔ Experience leading client discovery workshops and solution design sessions for Workday implementations

✔ Strong experience with Workday HCM, custom reporting, and integration development
