Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the individualized needs of young clients.
  • Utilize our electronic medical record (EMR) system to document client progress, monitor milestones, and communicate effectively within the treatment team.
  • Conduct regular therapy sessions using telehealth methods, consistently maintaining an empathetic, supportive, and solutions-focused environment.
  • Attend regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share best practices, and receive supervision and support.
  • Provide resources and referrals for clients and their families, addressing any identified financial or social needs to enhance their overall support system.
  • Stay current on relevant mental health research and licensing requirements, participating in ongoing professional development as mandated by your licensing body.
  • Adhere to all ethical guidelines and policies set forth by Mind Saver Mental Health Services and relevant professional organizations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your efforts will focus primarily on children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. We tailor our interventions to meet the diverse backgrounds and needs of our clients, utilizing culturally sensitive approaches to ensure effective communication and connection.

Qualifications
  • A master's or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.
  • An independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads effectively while prioritizing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to support the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Ability to engage and motivate clients, fostering trust and therapeutic rapport.
Preferred Experience
