Instructor Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Communication, Communication, Communication Studies

OR

• Interdisciplinary degrees that include a minimum of 30 graduate credits in Speech Communication

OR

• Any related Speech Communication Master's degree (e.g. Telecommunications or Mass Communication) to teach subject-related courses

These positions are included in the bargaining agreement between Portland Community College and the Portland Community College Faculty Federation Employees.

Hourly rates are determine based upon the type of course taught (Lecture, Lab, or Lecture/Lab).
