  Project Manager

Location: Canton, MIJob Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project execution and achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities: - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. 

Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets. 

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution. 

Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions. 

Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment. 

Conduct project meetings and prepare reports on project status, risks, and achievements. 

Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change management procedures. 

Ensure that all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately. 

Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals. 

Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned to improve future projects.

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, related field, or Industry certification is preferred. 

Proven experience (5+ years) in project management or a similar role. 

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. 

Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. 

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.
