• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, creating tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.
• Utilize secure virtual platforms to deliver therapy services, including individual counseling, group therapy, and crisis intervention, adapting your approach as necessary based on client feedback.
• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, guiding them through the treatment process while providing steadfast support and encouragement.
• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic modalities—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques—tailoring your approach to optimize each client's healing journey.
