As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms.
• Assessing clients' mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations and developing customized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and mindfulness practices, tailored to the needs of each client.
• Documenting client progress promptly and accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family conflicts. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• Exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be considered advantageous:

• Proficiency in telehealth technology and familiarity with various therapeutic software and tools.
• Specialized training in trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
• Previous involvement in community outreach or mental health advocacy initiatives.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflective of your professional experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
