As a fully remote position, you will conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home or any location that suits you. Our clinic provides robust administrative support, allowing you to focus on what you do best—helping others. • Conduct thorough intake evaluations to assess client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy, adapting techniques to meet varying client needs.
• Facilitate group therapy, couples, or family therapy sessions based on client preferences and therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) for effective interaction with clients and management of patient data.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings to continually improve service delivery.

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including adolescents and their families, focusing on enhancing emotional resilience and fostering positive mental health outcomes. Your approach will emphasize compassion, creativity, and a deep understanding of systemic family dynamics, ensuring that every client feels valued and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

• A Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong proficiency in using telehealth platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing client progress.
• Ability to navigate electronic health records efficiently, completing clinical documentation accurately and on-time.
• Must be able to pass a background check to ensure a safe therapeutic environment for clients.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience as a licensed therapist, specifically in leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Experience with adolescents and a demonstrated ability to engage with families is highly valued.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
