• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations for clients seeking mental health support, ensuring careful attention to personal histories, presenting issues, and treatment objectives.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, effectively tracking client progress and making data-driven adjustments where necessary.
• Manage ongoing case supervision by engaging in regular communication with clients, their families, and external agencies, creating a holistic support system.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions and client progress notes in accordance with medical/legal standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services addressing various mental health diagnoses, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges, offered to individuals, couples, families, or groups.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, maintaining calm and using de-escalation techniques to help clients in acute distress.

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will primarily work with adults and children from diverse backgrounds presenting with a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients often experience complex social issues, and it is essential to approach each case with empathy, understanding, and cultural competence. The therapist will provide care through an inclusive lens, ensuring that all clients feel seen and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

• A valid independent mental health license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic methodologies.
• Experience in providing mental health services, with a proven ability to assess, diagnose, and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Prior experience in a similar remote therapy role, utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver care effectively.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client records and progress documentation.
• Knowledge of community resources and agencies to facilitate comprehensive client care and referrals.
