• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs, utilizing a variety of diagnostic tools and clinical interviews, to create tailored treatment strategies that promote resilience and well-being.
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that empower clients and address their mental health challenges comprehensively.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive client information.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to coordinate holistic treatment plans that align with each client's unique circumstances and goals.
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, equipping them with coping strategies and knowledge to navigate complex emotional landscapes associated with end-of-life care.
• Stay abreast of current research and best practices in the field of social work and hospice care, integrating new insights into your day-to-day practice to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Willow Therapeutic Solutions, you will engage primarily with clients experiencing life-limiting illnesses and their families. You will address a wide range of mental health challenges, including grief, anxiety, and depression, while fostering a safe space for open dialogue about sensitive and emotional topics. Your focus will be on delivering empathetic support that honors the dignity of each individual and promotes emotional well-being during challenging times.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid state license for Clinical Social Work (LCSW) with no disciplinary actions recorded.
• Proven experience in clinical social work, especially in outpatient settings, with a strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and connect with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to engage with remote technology platforms, including teletherapy software and electronic health record systems.

• Experience working specifically within hospice or end-of-life care environments.
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary collaboration in healthcare settings.
• Background in providing education and support for families facing complex emotional issues related to grief and loss.

The salary range for this position is competitively set between USD 52,000 and 70,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
