This full-time position allows you to work remotely, offering you flexibility and the opportunity to maintain a healthy work-life balance. As a community health clinic, our focus is on providing outpatient mental health services in a group practice setting. Our therapist team collaborates closely, sharing resources and support to create a cohesive and effective treatment environment.

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students who are working towards their clinical licensure.
• Deliver psychotherapy services that cater to individuals, couples, and families with diverse mental health needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans based on clients' unique circumstances and treatment goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members, including primary care providers and community resources, to ensure holistic care for our clients.
• Maintain accurate records through our electronic health record (EHR) system, documenting client progress and treatment outcomes efficiently.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying informed about the latest therapeutic methods, research, and best practices in mental health care.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. • A valid State license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Professional liability insurance is required to ensure the safety and protection of both the therapist and clients.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in providing mental health therapy.

• Experience in supervising or mentoring practicum students is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapies and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
• Prior experience in a community health setting and proficiency in using electronic health records will be advantageous.

The compensation for this position ranges between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to offering above-market pay for skilled therapists.
