Open Hearts Mental Health Center, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote team. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions using our telehealth platform, effectively utilizing technology to provide quality care to clients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, life transitions, and end-of-life planning.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based strategies to promote emotional healing and personal development.
• Encourage clients and their family members to cultivate coping skills and constructive strategies for resolving conflicts and enhancing their emotional well-being.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and adjust treatment approaches accordingly, ensuring a tailored experience.

Our clientele consists of individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including those grappling with anxiety disorders, major depressive episodes, grief and loss, and significant life transitions. As a therapist, you will provide compassionate care to these diverse populations, employing your expertise to create a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and behaviors.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.
• Current, active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
• A minimum of three years of experience providing therapy services, including at least one year of in-practice therapy within the last 36 months.
• Proficiency in video conferencing software and a comfort level with technology, while previous telemedicine experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic principles and methodologies for diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating mental health issues.

• Experience working within outpatient mental health settings, with the ability to adapt therapeutic methods to suit client needs.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a commitment to staying current with mental health trends and therapeutic techniques.
• Proven track record of contributing positively to a team environment, enhancing collaborative care initiatives.

The salary for this full-time remote LMFT position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 yearly, reflecting your experience and expertise.
