Job Description:

Join a dynamic team as a Technical Sales Expert focusing on transformer components. This role involves leading technical sales and product homologation efforts, ensuring compliance, and enhancing customer engagement across North America.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead technical sales efforts from opportunity identification to order booking
โ€ข Manage the full product homologation and end-user approval process
โ€ข Provide expert technical support and product knowledge to customers and internal teams
โ€ข Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
โ€ข Coordinate product testing and documentation for regulatory compliance
โ€ข Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies and testing laboratories
โ€ข Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities
โ€ข Build strong relationships with end users to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
Mandatory Skills:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
โ€ข Minimum 8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in transformer bushings
โ€ข Strong technical knowledge of transformer components and construction
