Pay Range: $55.16 - $80.05 per hour

Summary:
The individual in this position is responsible for the successful oversight, implementation, and evaluation of programs and initiatives prioritized in the Rush Plan to Reduce Gaps in Health Outcomes and Experiences (“The Rush Plan”). They will leverage effective project management principles to ensure seamless integration and sustainability of The Rush Plan priorities. Utilize robust evaluation methods to assess effectiveness and business impact of programs and services. Oversee a comprehensive communication strategy that highlights Rush’s position as a leader in health equity and drives a sense of belonging for our learners, providers, people and communities. This position requires sound judgement and discretion in performing the assigned responsibilities. Finally, this individual will exemplify the Rush mission, vision and values and act in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

•Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
•At least 5 years of prior program management experience required
•3 Years of strong project management experience required
•Master’s degree, in related field preferred.

Responsibilities:
•Act as a thought leader in the development and implementation of programs and services designed to drive the implementation of the Rush Plan.
•Coach Project Implementation teams and executive sponsors to achieve goals on time and within budget utilizing effective project management practices.
•Oversee relevant survey governance processes and partner with constituents to respond to external surveys and seamlessly integrate DEI areas of focus into internal surveys
& assessments.
•Develop and oversee system-wide implementation dashboards and other progress reports to support executive decision-making. Conduct data analyses to understand trends
and identify opportunities.
•Utilize robust evaluation methods to assess effectiveness and business impact of programs and services. Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on outcomes.
•Develop and implement a comprehensive internal/external DEI Communication strategy and related communications in collaboration with the Marketing and Communication
teams. Oversee intranet and website office presence.
•Establish and oversee the day-to-day fu functioning of the RUMC DEI Committee.
•Staff Rush’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leadership Council
