We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us attract and hire exceptional engineering talent across our software and hardware organizations. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and the People team to deliver a high-quality recruiting experience while managing full-cycle hiring for technical positions. About the Work
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for software and hardware engineering roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source and engage high-quality technical talent through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
  • Partner with recruiters, coordinators, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive hiring priorities.
  • Contribute to recruiting process improvements, documentation, and team initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability.
About You
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience ideally with 2+ years of in house experience.
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles, preferably within software and/or hardware engineering.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting data.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Authorization to work in the USA.

Location

The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range may change based on geographical location and may be modified in the future.

Anticipated Base Salary Range
$122,000—$190,000 USD
