Job description

Overview WiSC Enterprises is seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Engineer and Program Manager to support complex technical programs through full lifecycle engineering, acquisition support, and agile project leadership. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in systems integration, modeling, ISR operations, and stakeholder engagement across mission-critical domains. Responsibilities * Manage multimillion-dollar technical programs and cross-functional teams supporting enterprise engineering, digital ecosystems, and system modernization.

Serve as primary point of contact for program leadership and external stakeholders; lead weekly team standups, vendor check-ins, and progress reviews. Oversee and streamline Request for Change (RFC) processes across programs, including engineering documentation and system updates. * Support modeling and architecture documentation using Cameo-based systems to enhance requirements traceability and technical robustness.

Provide acquisition support including drafting and managing SOWs, IGCEs, and other procurement artifacts across full life cycle. Integrate Agile project management tools and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to improve efficiency and stakeholder visibility. * Leverage experience with data taxonomies, ontologies, and technical policy documentation to inform program-level decisions.

Act as technical lead for Full Motion Video (FMV), PED exploitation, and ISR mission integration, supporting real-time operations and long-range planning. Support working groups, sprint planning events, and strategic briefings at the executive level. Required Qualifications * MBA, M.S., or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.

10-15 years of experience supporting systems engineering, ISR operations, or technical program management. Proven experience in acquisition support, SETA roles, and government contracting environments. * Strong proficiency with Agile project management practices, stakeholder coordination, and technical documentation.

Excellent communication, leadership, and technical evaluation skills. TS/SCI with POLY is required to start Desired Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Level III certification. Prior military service or operational experience in ISR or geospatial roles.

Familiarity with Cameo, JIRA, Confluence, and enterprise architecture modeling tools. Experience supporting remote or deployed mission operations and distributed teams.
