We are looking for a seasoned Principal Technical Program Manager to lead pivotal technical initiatives driving end-to-end execution within the Growth Experience Technology (GET) Organization, with a strong focus on enabling and scalingGo-To-Market (GTM) capabilities.

This role requires a strategic operator with deep program managementexpertiseand a proventrack recorddeliveringGTM-driven initiatives-including product launches, growth programs, customer acquisition, monetization, and lifecycle engagement. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, Analytics, Design, and GTM stakeholders to drive seamless execution from concept to market impact.

You will be accountable for delivering complex technical programs end-to-end-owning planning, execution, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder alignment-ensuring outcomes directly supportbusiness growth, customer experience, and revenue objectives. Success in this role requires strong technical depth, business acumen, and the ability to influence and align teams across both GTM and technology organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution ofGTM-driven technical programs, including product launches, growth initiatives, and post-launch optimization

  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans across multiple technical and GTM teams, ensuring visibility into status, dependencies, and outcomes

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Engineering toalign technology delivery with GTM strategies and business goals

  • Drive clarity on outcomes, deliverables, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies across GTM and platform teams

  • Enablesuccessful product launches and releases, including readiness across systems, operations, and customer experience

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to simplify complex technical concepts and drivedata-informed decisionsimpactingacquisition, conversion, and retention

  • Identifyrisks and proactively mitigate issues that couldimpactlaunch timelines, customer experience, or revenue goals

  • Lead cross-functional alignment, removing blockers and ensuring execution across globally distributed teams

  • Support roadmap planning and prioritization aligned withGTM calendars, campaigns, and business priorities

  • Manage day-to-day program execution, including communication, stakeholder updates, and milestone tracking

  • Organize andfacilitateUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)and launch readiness activities to ensure high-quality releases

  • Drive post-launch monitoring and continuous improvement based on performance metrics and customer feedback

  • Communicate program progress and outcomes across all levels, including senior leadership, with a focus onbusiness impact

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field

  • 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product Manager

  • Proven experience deliveringGTM-aligned programs, including product launches, growth initiatives, or customer-facing platforms

  • Strong experience working across business and technical teams on complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments using Agile methodologies

  • Solid technical background with strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical execution intobusiness and customer impact

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences

  • Strong operational mindset with a focus on scalability and execution excellence

  • Experience with tools such as Confluence,Airtable,Jira, Asana, MURAL,Lucidchart

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience drivingend-to-end GTM motions(launch planning, readiness, execution, and post-launch optimization)

  • Familiarity withgrowth funnels, experimentation (A/B testing), customer journeys, and lifecycle engagement strategies

  • Experience partnering with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Legal on GTM initiatives across global teams

  • Ability to create visibility across multiple programs spanning sprints, quarters, and release cycles

  • Strongtrack recordoffacilitatingroadmap prioritization across competing initiatives with GTM impact

  • Experience in platforms supportingcommerce, subscriptions, pricing, or customer acquisition and retention

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $124,000 and $222,640. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
