• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions through online video chat, ensuring high engagement and rapport.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Document session notes and treatment progress accurately and timely to maintain comprehensive records.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within our network to share insights and improve therapeutic approaches.
• Stay updated on developments in mental health care and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

You will primarily work with adult clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your approach will be informed by a deep understanding of each client's background, experiences, and preferences, ensuring that they feel supported and understood throughout their healing journey. By employing evidence-based methodologies, you will empower clients to navigate their challenges and foster their resilience.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a regionally accredited institution is required.
• Must hold an active state license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) to practice as a mental health professional.
• Minimum of two years of experience in clinical psychotherapy, specifically working with adult populations.
• Demonstrated experience and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.
• Strong written communication skills for session documentation and report writing.
• Proven ability to maintain a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions from any licensing board.

• Experience in a teletherapy setting is highly regarded, showcasing adaptability to online therapeutic environments.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities beyond CBT is advantageous, enhancing the treatment options available to clients.
• Previous involvement in monitoring patient outcomes and adjusting treatment plans based on client feedback.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 may be available to qualified candidates.
