Working at Xenial Healthcare means you will be part of a forward-thinking and supportive digital health community. As a fully remote clinic, you can operate from anywhere in the world, eliminating the need for daily commutes. This setup not only contributes to a better work-life balance but also empowers you to manage your own schedule effectively. You’ll have complete control of your calendar, allowing for flexibility in your day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand patients' mental health challenges.
  • Providing individual psychotherapy and counseling services via secure online video sessions.
  • Developing personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
  • Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes thoroughly and accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Collaborating with a network of mental health professionals to share insights and improve therapeutic practices.
  • Participating in professional development activities to stay current with upcoming best practices in the field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As part of our team, you will work with a diverse adult population experiencing various mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and trauma. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping patients navigate their mental health journeys in a safe and confidential environment.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of an active professional license in your respective field (e.g., LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW).
  • At least two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
  • Strong written communication skills, essential for thorough documentation of sessions and collaboration with peers.
  • A clean disciplinary record, ensuring professionalism and integrity in practice.
Preferred Experience

While not required, candidates with additional qualifications, such as specialized training in trauma-informed care or experience with teletherapy, are highly encouraged to apply. Familiarity with various EHR systems will also be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and credentials. Additionally, we are offering a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 to support your transition into this rewarding role. Beyond salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
