• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their unique mental health challenges, tailoring treatment programs accordingly.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using diverse methodologies aimed at fostering personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans based on their progress and feedback.

The clients you will serve vary in age and backgrounds, presenting a wide array of mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate their challenges, develop coping strategies, and ultimately foster a greater sense of autonomy and self-worth.

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building strong, trusting relationships with clients.
• Empathetic, nonjudgmental attitude toward the clients’ experiences and struggles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills that facilitate efficient management of caseloads and administrative duties.

• Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches.
• Prior involvement in group therapy settings is a plus.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
