• Conduct initial comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health status and specific needs of clients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique goals and therapeutic needs.
• Provide individual therapy to adult clients employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring all client interactions are secure and confidential.

As a Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will primarily work with diverse adult clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges. You will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Your ability to develop strong therapeutic alliances will be essential in fostering a safe environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills to maintain a consistent caseload and complete necessary documentation in a timely manner.

While experience in a remote counseling setting is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. Ideal candidates would bring a background in using telehealth technologies effectively and an understanding of diverse therapeutic modalities to cater to various client needs.
