Support is usually provided via phone, email, chat, or remote desktop tools. Collaboration is often facilitated through digital communication tools like chat platforms, video calls, and shared ticketing systems. This teamwork ensures that complex technical issues are resolved efficiently and that end-users experience minimal downtime. Regular virtual meetings and status updates are common practices to maintain alignment and share critical information within the team.
