• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for each client, focusing on their specific needs and mental health goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapies to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Engage in continuous collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care across various aspects of clients' lives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research and techniques.

Your practice at Refusionate Psychotherapy will focus on serving individuals and families who often experience barriers to accessing mental health care. Our clients may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. By providing high-quality therapeutic services, you will play a crucial role in improving their emotional well-being and resilience.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon is essential for this position.
• At least two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical context.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and telehealth technologies.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, you will have access to comprehensive benefits including dental, vision, and health insurance, as well as malpractice insurance coverage. We offer client referrals to support your practice and assistance with billing and documentation to minimize your administrative workload.
