• Conduct weekly teletherapy sessions with clients via live video, employing evidence-based modalities to address a variety of emotional and behavioral issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, focusing on improving family dynamics, mitigating destructive behavior, and enhancing overall mental health.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to assess clients’ mental health needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and construct actionable treatment goals in collaboration with clients.
• Empower clients and their family members by teaching effective coping strategies and skills for managing challenges in a constructive manner.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through continued education opportunities and team collaboration.

You will primarily work with adults facing diverse emotional disorders, relationship challenges, and personal issues. This role requires a deep understanding of the intricacies of family dynamics and the ability to facilitate difficult conversations within the family unit. Our client population values a nurturing approach where they can feel safe to express their emotions and navigate their therapeutic journey openly.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.
• An active license (LMFT) in the State of Washington.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a comparable role, directly working with individuals and families.
• Proficiency in video conferencing software and telehealth methodologies; familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems highly preferred.
• A comprehensive understanding of therapeutic techniques and strategies for diagnosing and treating both mental and emotional disorders.

While a minimum of 3 years in a direct therapeutic role is required, experience working in a telehealth or virtual environment is advantageous. Familiarity with treating a wide array of emotional disorders and the use of innovative techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or family systems therapy can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
