This role provides flexibility through remote work, allowing you to connect with clients in a supportive virtual setting. You will primarily engage with students in educational institutions, guiding them through their mental health journeys while collaborating with teachers, counselors, and other healthcare professionals. This model enhances accessibility and enables the delivery of timely interventions to youth in need.

• Conduct detailed virtual assessments to evaluate students' mental health needs, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual, family, and group settings, facilitating growth and healing.
• Collaborate closely with school personnel and interdisciplinary teams to create integrated care plans, ensuring all aspects of a child’s well-being are addressed.
• Advocate for access to essential mental health resources and support services, removing barriers that prevent students from receiving needed care.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment plans using electronic health record systems to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Actively participate in professional development and trainings, staying updated with the latest research and best practices in clinical social work.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population of students experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and adjustment issues. By providing empathetic support and clinically sound interventions, you will empower these individuals to overcome obstacles, realize their potential, and succeed academically and socially.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in a relevant setting.
• Proficiency in administering diagnostic assessments and developing holistic treatment plans that cater to individual client needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with students, parents, and educators.
• A commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice in every aspect of care.

• Experience working in school environments or with youth populations.
