This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being engaged with students and staff in educational settings. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and establish individualized care plans in partnership with students, families, and educational staff.
• Continually assess and modify treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and progress, employing evidence-based practices to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, including individual and group therapy, to promote emotional and behavioral resilience among students.
• Provide crisis intervention and develop strategies to manage behavioral concerns in collaboration with teachers and school personnel.
• Implement therapeutic interventions while adhering to established Mental Health and Substance Abuse Standards, ensuring ethical and legal compliance in practice.
• Evaluate family dynamics and environmental factors, working to enhance the support systems surrounding each student.
• Foster open lines of communication with caregivers and stakeholders to collaboratively work towards the student's goals.
• Document progress and insights through minimal yet effective paperwork, keeping accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with organizational policies.
• Participate in regular team meetings to update staff on student progress, share best practices, and refine therapeutic approaches.

This position specifically focuses on addressing the mental health needs of students in a K-12 educational setting. You will work with a diverse population that includes children and adolescents experiencing a wide range of emotional and behavioral disorders. As part of your role, you will promote academic success and social-emotional learning, collaborating with educators to implement supportive interventions.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, recognized by the Council on Social Work Education.
• Active licensure to practice as a Clinical Social Worker (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) in Washington State.
• Proficient knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and intervention strategies suitable for working with children and adolescents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with students, families, and colleagues.
• Adaptability to meet the diverse needs of clients and a commitment to professional development through training and continuing education.

• Experience working in educational settings or with school-aged children.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery methods.
• Experience using trauma-informed care approaches in therapeutic settings.
• Previous involvement with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive treatment plans.

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 122,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
