Position Overview

Path to Wellness, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team in a full-time remote position. This role focuses on assessing and treating individuals and families dealing with behavioral health challenges, substance use disorders, and mental health illnesses. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Path to Wellness, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their individual and family systems and identify specific areas requiring support and intervention.
• Design, implement, and adjust personalized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic interventions and crisis counseling tailored to client needs.
• Regularly track and assess client progress against defined goals, making necessary modifications to the treatment approach to foster effective care.
• Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity to address the diverse needs of clients and their families.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and community resources, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans while minimizing unnecessary paperwork by utilizing efficient documentation methodologies.
• Empower clients through education, helping them learn coping strategies and resilience in managing their mental health and lifestyle.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass supporting a diverse range of clients, including those with varied cultural backgrounds, age groups, and socio-economic statuses. You will address complex issues relating to mental health, substance use, and behavioral disorders, providing a safe and nurturing environment for clients to explore their challenges and develop positive coping strategies.

Qualifications

To fulfill the requirements of this position, candidates must have:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
• A valid Social Work License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in accordance with state regulations.
• A demonstrated ability to assess and address the mental health needs of individuals and families effectively.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills to facilitate client engagement and collaboration.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, we highly value candidates with:

• Experience working in a community health or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and crisis intervention techniques.
• Expertise in dealing with a range of mental health issues from anxiety and depression to severe emotional disturbances.
• Experience in leading group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

Path to Wellness offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 122,000 per year, reflecting your experience and expertise. In addition to salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
