Job description

Do you have mechanical aptitude and at least one year of production or manufacturing experience? This temp-to-hire Entry Level Machine Operator role at a company that produces rubber sealing solutions for airplanes could be a great way to start a long-term career in machining.

This facility manufactures seals, bearings, and composite parts for the aerospace industry. They offer a consistent schedule, work-life balance, and hands-on training that will teach you how to set up and operate injection press machines. This is a supportive, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and skill development.

Entry Level Machine Operator Duties:
  • Learn how to set up and operate injection press machines
  • Follow work orders
  • Perform quality checks
  • Clean and maintain machines
Schedule:
  • Day Shift
  • Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Pay: $21.10 per hour

Entry Level Machine Operator Requirements:
  • Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools
  • At least 1 year of experience in production or manufacturing
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Comfortable working in a hot environment
  • High School Diploma or GED
