In this role, you’ll focus on recruiting for critical Client Service positions, directly impacting our ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

How you'll make an impact
As a Sr. Recruiter, you’ll take full ownership of the recruiting lifecycle—driving strategy, building pipelines, and delivering top talent that fuels our organization’s success. This is a highly visible, high-impact role where you’ll act as both a talent advisor and a market expert.
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer, managing a dynamic requisition load with speed, quality, and precision
- Proactively build and engage talent pipelines by tapping into social media, professional networks, and employee referrals—connecting with both active and passive candidates
- Leverage cutting-edge recruiting tools and technology to identify, assess, and attract top-tier talent
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments, providing thoughtful insights that elevate hiring decisions
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and hiring leaders, serving as a trusted advisor on recruiting strategy, market trends, and best practices
- Educate and influence hiring managers on effective talent acquisition strategies, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process
- Continuously refine job descriptions and role profiles to attract the right talent and align with business needs
- Drive data-informed recruiting, tracking sourcing effectiveness, analyzing results, and delivering clear, actionable insights to leadership
- Lead offer strategy and execution, ensuring a compelling candidate experience through close
- Champion recruiting excellence, staying ahead of industry trends and implementing best practices
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, while collaborating with senior team members to drive continuous improvement
About You
Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience. Proficient with employment laws and related compliance issues. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred: Proven passive recruiting experience either in an agency or recruitment outsourcing environment. Exposure to Taleo a plus.
Behaviors: Posses the ability to manage multiple assignments. Interfaces effectively with management.
