The Staff ERP SCM Systems Analyst serves as a functional authority and user side technical leader for Oracle ERP/SCM applications. This role acts as the voice of the business user, ensuring Oracle upgrades, new modules, enhancements, and ongoing system operations meet business needs, adhere to governance standards, and deliver a high-quality user experience.

This position partners closely with IT, process owners, and business leadership to lead testing efforts, influence system design decisions, and proactively improve system performance and usability. The role requires deep Oracle Supply Chain Planning and Oracle Cloud system knowledge, strong business process understanding, and the ability to guide others through complex system changes.

This position reports to the Director, Enterprise SCM Planning Systems and is part of the Supply Chain Center of Excellence, located in the United States, and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Serve as a trusted bridge between business teams and IT

Translate complex technical changes into clear, actionable guidance for users

Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities related to:

Master data, Sourcing, planning, and execution flows, Reporting and analytics

Evaluate new Oracle features and determine business applicability and risk

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Four-year degree in a supply chain field
  • Minimum 6 years' experience working with Oracle Supply Chain Applications with at least 3 of these in a functional planning role

Strong understanding of ERP and/or SCM processes, such as:

  • Supply Chain Planning
  • Manufacturing Planning
  • Procurement / Purchasing
  • Product Information Management
  • Inventory Management or Order Management

Proven experience working with the user community providing training and leading UAT or implementation activities

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess cross-functional system impacts

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

Ability to travel - 10%, overnight, globally

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle quarterly update cycles
  • Familiarity with system governance, controls, and audit requirements

The salary range for this role is $103,500 to $130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
