Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85257
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Salesforce System Administrator to support and advance a large, complex Salesforce ecosystem serving recruitment and enrollment stakeholders across the university. This role is a senior individual contributor reporting directly to Salesforce leadership. The position is hands-on and execution-focused, with primary responsibility for declarative configuration, backlog and ticket execution, and day-to-day system enhancement.
Required Qualifications
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in a related field.
โ€ข Minimum of four (4) years of experience administering Salesforce in a production environment.
โ€ข Demonstrated experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud; experience with Service Cloud is strongly preferred.
โ€ข Proven expertise in declarative Salesforce development, including configuration, automation, reporting, dashboards, and user management.
โ€ข Experience designing and maintaining data models with attention to relationships, reporting needs, and data integrity.
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to elicit requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-demand environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
โ€ข Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide informed guidance.

โ€ข Salesforce Platform Administrator I
โ€ข Salesforce Platform Administrator II
โ€ข Salesforce Platform App Builder
Preferred Qualifications
โ€ข Experience supporting Salesforce in a higher education, enrollment, admissions, or recruitment context.
โ€ข Experience working in Salesforce environments serving approximately 500 users or more.
โ€ข Experience partnering with data, analytics, or marketing teams within Salesforce ecosystems.
โ€ข Basic knowledge of SOQL, Apex, or Lightning components.
โ€ข Experience contributing to large-scale Salesforce initiatives or phased system expansions.
Working Environment
โ€ข Hybrid position requiring three (3) days per week in the office.
โ€ข Standard operating hours are Monday-Friday, approximately 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
โ€ข No on-call expectations; occasional after-hours work may be required for deployments or major releases.
โ€ข This is not a fully remote position.
