ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Systems Administrator, you'll keep our business systems running smoothly through the administration, performance, and ongoing evolution of our ERP platform and connected applications. You'll partner across teams to troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and support the integrations and upgrades that help our business move with speed and confidence. You'll also be a goโ€‘to resource for user support, access management, and device setup across both our office and retail environments. A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Administer and configure the ERP platform (NetSuite preferred), including roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, and data governance.
  • Maintain system integrity through audits, documentation, and proactive monitoring.
  • Support integrations between ERP and other business applications.
  • Partner with crossโ€‘functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and support new functionality.
  • Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and testing cycles. Monitor and manage patches and OS updates as needed.
  • Develop system integrations and maintain existing ones, using the DellBoomi SaaS platform.
  • Manage core business applications, user provisioning, and system access controls.
  • Maintain documentation for systems, integrations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Provide user support for hardware, software, and account issues.
  • Work closely with IT service providers to support users in the office and retail stores.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks and device setup.
  • Help users understand system changes, new features, or updated workflows.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding employee, company and customer information.
  • Stay abreast of system technology best practices and changing technologies for business technology enhancements.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in systems administration, ERP administration, or business systems support.
  • Handsโ€‘on experience with an ERP platform (NetSuite strongly preferred, but open to others).
  • Understanding of system integrations, APIs, or middleware tools.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a processโ€‘improvement mindset.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and nonโ€‘technical stakeholders.
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough understanding and demonstrated experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and any form of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Experience with system integrations and troubleshooting; experience with the Dell Boomi platform is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task in a stressful environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Experience in a fastโ€‘paced, multiโ€‘site, or retail/omniโ€‘channel environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge in at least one programming language.
  • Good organization, time management and prioritization.
  • Travel to retail locations may be required to install new hardware.
