• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client mental health needs, utilizing various diagnostic tools and interviewing techniques to design individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing both evidence-based approaches and innovative interventions to empower clients in overcoming obstacles.
• Provide support in developing practical coping strategies, life skills, and personal goals to foster sustained mental wellness.
• Engage in ongoing evaluation of clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in their needs or circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapeutic interactions and client progress within electronic health records.

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse client population facing a variety of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and stress management. Our clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and life experiences, requiring a culturally competent approach to therapy.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current and valid California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC, maintaining good standing with the relevant licensing board.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience is required, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Solid experience with electronic health record systems, ensuring efficient and effective documentation processes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, fostering constructive client relationships.

• Experience working in a remote or community health setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches and crisis intervention strategies.
• Previous involvement with multi-disciplinary teams and collaborative care models.
