• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based evaluation techniques to inform the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, or solution-focused therapy, according to each client's specific needs.
• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services, facilitating virtual counseling sessions for clients who face mobility challenges or prefer remote support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest developments in the field of mental health.

Our therapists work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• Applicants must possess a current license under the Marriage and Family Therapist Board to practice in the state of Illinois, or must be eligible for licensure in Illinois.
• Demonstrated experience working with culturally diverse populations is essential, emphasizing the importance of inclusive practices in therapeutic settings.

• Experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual care methodologies.
• Specialization in specific areas such as trauma-informed care, couples therapy, or child and adolescent therapy can be advantageous.
