Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Education: A Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family counseling, or a closely related field is required.
  • Licensure: A current license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Illinois, or eligibility for licensure. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency and suitability to work within the designated state regulations.
  • Cultural Competence: Experience working with a diverse clientele and sensitivity to the unique needs and perspectives of various cultural groups.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

Pinnacle Pathways offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
