Qualifications
  • An active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
  • A comprehensive understanding of college student mental health issues and the capacity to engage effectively with this population.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary to build rapport with students and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A solid foundation in evidence-based therapeutic methods and brief therapy models, particularly those effective in a university counseling center.
