- Experience working with large datasets across multiple databases and data sources (Required)
- Strong experience in data reconciliation, validation, and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and integrity (Required)
- Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI (Required)
- Working knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools, SQL querying, and reporting platforms (Required)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience supporting business process improvement initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
