The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports to support business decision-making.

The SQL Report Writer will work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, develop reports, and provide data insights. Responsibilities Create and maintain reports using various reporting tools and technologies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, gather feedback, and ensure reports meet business needs Ensure quality control is maintained Investigate and resolve report-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate report delivery Proficiency in formatting documents in MS Word, Excel and PDF Editors including field merge type functionality Ability to maintain and transition legacy SSRS reports Application configuration Research and recommend new reporting tools and technologies to improve report development and delivery Performs other duties as assigned Ensure reports comply with data governance and security policies, maintaining data confidentiality and integrity Education College/Technical degree in related field preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience 3+ years of experience in report development, data analysis, or related field Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Strong Microsoft SQL writing skills Proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Excel, Word, and PDF applications Ability to demonstrate knowledge of relational database concepts and data structures including tables, relationships, views, indexing, and stored procedure development Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Understanding of application security and data protection best practices Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and data partners Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to handle challenging deadlines and shifting priorities as per business needs In addition to remote work for most positions, we offer a comprehensive benefit program including: Competitive Salary Range of $53,500 to $75,000 Company Paid Life and Disability Insurance plans Medical, Dental and Vision Plans with Prescription coverage 401K Retirement Savings Plan Flexible scheduling (within reason, depending on position) Generous PTO plan for all full-time employees Full equipment station at no cost for remote employees, including dual monitors Employee Assistance Plan, offering free 24/7 counseling and consulting services to support emotional health and wellbeing Wellness programs and employee discounts Learning and development training opportunities for both personal and professional growth And so much more!
