Holy Family & Marriage Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in Spokane, Washington. This full-time remote position will involve providing telehealth services to a diverse range of clients, with a focus on facilitating mental wellness and growth. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by additional bonus opportunities.

This position operates in a fully remote setup, leveraging telehealth technologies to reach clients effectively. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of new clients to assess their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that treatment approaches align with each client's unique goals.
  • Utilize a variety of proven therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to guide clients through their mental health challenges.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic and comprehensive client care, contributing to discussions on treatment plans and progress.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in client interactions.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in the mental health field.

Qualifications
