Job description

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote care team on a full-time basis. This telehealth role centers on helping clients address mental health concerns through assessment, therapy, treatment planning, and consistent follow-up. The day-to-day work is focused, purposeful, and centered on delivering high-quality clinical care in an accessible virtual setting.

Position: Full-Time
Location: North Carolina
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to clients on a scheduled basis
  • Assess presenting concerns and recommend appropriate treatment approaches
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
  • Document sessions, treatment goals, and clinical progress accurately
  • Help clients build strategies for managing stress, trauma, and life transitions
  • Maintain regular follow-up and continuity of care

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active LCSW license in good standing
