As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Franklin Health System, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate counseling and emotional support to individuals and families navigating through personal crises and transitions.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families facing significant life challenges such as mental health issues, economic hardships, and social isolation. Your objective will be to empower clients to navigate these challenges and improve their overall wellbeing, ensuring they have the support they need to thrive.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.
• Strong understanding of social and economic justice issues and a commitment to addressing these matters in practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds.
