As a remote position, the LCSW will collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and primary care physicians via telehealth technologies. • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address various mental health challenges.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, ensuring each aspect of patient care is coordinated and communicated effectively.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute psychological distress, and facilitate appropriate referrals for additional support as needed.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions and treatment progress while adhering to HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance across all documentation.
• Actively participate in regular staff meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision sessions to discuss case management, share insights, and enhance professional development.

The LCSW will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health disorders. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and valid state licensure in Social Work is essential for this role.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience specifically in mental health, ideally within an outpatient community health setting.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices and a strong capacity to implement these methodologies effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues alike.

• Experience working within a community health clinic or similar environment is an asset.
• A demonstrated understanding of the complexities of social determinants of health which impact mental health outcomes.
• Expertise in crisis management and intervention strategies is highly valued.
