Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based frameworks.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans based on the unique needs and requests of clients.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, providing focused interventions aimed at relieving distress and enhancing coping strategies.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to collaborative discussions that drive service improvements and quality enhancements for our programs.
  • Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and resources to clients in distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus
