P&T Mental and Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This remote position will focus on providing mindfulness-based therapeutic interventions to clients in an inclusive and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques and will utilize these strategies to enhance clients' mental well-being and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, tailored to meet the unique needs of clients seeking mental health support.
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clientsโ€™ stressors and challenges, crafting personalized mindfulness strategies that align with their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in mindfulness-based therapeutic interventions, with competency in integrating these practices into counseling.

Preferred Experience
