In this role, you will be tasked with a range of critical responsibilities aimed at supporting our clients’ mental health needs:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather vital information regarding clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement coordinated, client-centered treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared understanding among clients.
• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary to ensure the well-being of clients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical, legal, and professional standards.

Angel Social Work serves a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following criteria:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who possess:

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health or outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with digital practice management systems to support documentation and client management.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques or areas of mental health practice.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a generous sign-on bonus. You will also benefit from:
